BASIC RIGGING & SLINGING

Providing the knowledge and skills to work as a journeyman level rigger. This course intends to perform rigging calculations and to apply rig for safe controlled load handling. Along completing this course proper understanding of rigging methods and that all variables resulting in rigging failure are estimated through proper planning and proper selection of gear.

Hydrogen Sulphide awareness includes the explanation of properties of H2S, identifying control measures and provide a practical description of rescues during exposure. Workers who are working at the risk of exposure to H2S are responsible to require H2S Alive and workplace-specific training.
